Despite the current situation and USCIS offices closed for in person interviews through June 3rd. Attorney Alfredo Estrada continues to deliver results for his immigration clients.

Alfredo was able to obtain legal permanent residence for a client through the Legal Immigration Family Equity (LIFE) Act and another by obtaining an approval of a I-601 Application for Waiver. In order to obtain an approved Waiver, Alfredo was able to demonstrate that the client’s U.S. Citizen Spouse would suffer extreme hardship if the U.S. Citizen Spouse was forced to relocate to the client’s home country or if forced to live separate. Additionally, Alfredo obtained an approval of a I-130 Petition for Alien Relative. Alfredo stated, “The way we interact with client’s may have changed due to Covid-19, but the level of services cannot.
