Hi Friends, I’m here to tune you in to a change in the cap-subject H-1B work visa application procedure. Rather than opening the H-1B application pool on April 1st, USCIS has now implemented a pre-application registration process. The initial registration period will be open from March 1 through March 20 for this year. Employers can register potential cap-subject H-1B beneficiary employees with USCIS and pay a $10 associated registration fee. Employers can register more than one employee beneficiary but may not register the same beneficiary twice.USCIS will implement a computer-generated lottery for random selection if more registrations than the allotted visas are made. Selected registrants will be notified by March 31st.
